Launching my business, I was buzzing with excitement, but it soon turned to frustration. I spent ££££ on coaches and courses, but nothing clicked.

After crying into my notebook, feeling like a fraud, I realised I was lost, I needed to do something to support my mental health and through a friend I found somatic healing.

In my first class, I found myself releasing emotions I'd bottled up for so long. This began my healing journey, making me realise I was imitating others instead of following my soul. As I healed, I embraced my uniqueness. Now, I dance on the internet without a care in the world, looking back at that lost soul with compassion that she wasn't broken, she just needed to connect back to herself.

This is where we take action to move through your past suppressed emotions with somatic movement healing, meditations and creative expression exercises.

This is so you can create more resilience within yourself when life throws a curve ball at you. This opens up your heart and soul so you can create space and discover parts of you that you haven't met yet. This will help you to create a business that lights that fire within you everyday.

O: Overcome Barriers

Your essence is who you are on a soul level. The self that is unmasked, the self that shines when you have time to yourself, the self that dances with joy in the kitchen. Here we discover your multi-dimentional self and design it into a soul blueprint that is truly unique.

You will discover how to know what soul alignment feels like. How to nurturing your qualities and unique strengths. How we can weave this together to create a life that feels like it's been made for you.

U: Unlock your essence

This final phase is about integrating your newfound self into all aspects of life and business. Here we can plan out a launch, create a new service, make a plan of how you will create more joy and balance in your life and generally celebrate all of who you are as you rebirth into the world and embody your inner spirit.

Before my own healing journey I would be working a corporate design job, sitting in my room at the weekends feeling lost, alone, I would be in bed feeling depressed, I felt like my relationships weren't genuine, my life wasn't exciting, I wondered often why bother with a life so dull.

Until I paused in 2020 and I was lead down the path of somatic embodiment healing and shifts started to happen. I realised I was numb, my feelings were a reflection of how much I had experienced as a kid, that I was withdrawn because I was too exhausted to pretend to be happy, that I looked outside of me to avoid being with myself.

After 3 years of healing my journey has lead me to internal freedom, I feel I can express who I am without fear, I laugh more, find joy in the small things and I've made soul sister connections that I always thought was a dream. I'm living a life I never imagined, and it all started with addressing my inner world.

I grew up most of my life feeling lonely and depressed, thinking that i just had to get used to this life because there was nothing better out there for me, until everything changed in 2020.

After 11 years in the design industry and 3 years deep in the healing world, I've noticed how one doesn't work without the other. How can you truly live a life that lights you up when you are first avoiding all that you have been surpressing inside you for so long?

How can you even know who you are or what you want without discovering and owning all parts of you?

When we avoid moving through our feelings, when we are people pleasing, when we are trying to be the good girl and get it right all the time, we are seeking external validation, external ideas, external insights in how to live our life because we are too afraid of making our own choices. Choices that are different to the norm, because we can bare to fail.

Failure isn't the act of trying, it's the act of not doing anything at all. SOUL REBITH is a journey to awakening all that's been within you for so long, dying to get out, to be seen, to be heard, to be expressed.

Unlike traditional programmes that often focuses solely on follow me strategies, 'Soul Rebirth' the healing necessary for true transformation. This is about letting me guide you back to a space of intuition, trust, joy and excitement as you learn to find all the answers you have within.

Yes, you will have access to additional support including a private online community for soul aligned interaction, and direct access to me for guidance and feedback. Regular check-ins and motivational messages will also be part of the support system.

03. IS THERE SUPPORT OUTSIDE OF THE SESSIONs?

There is no pressure to dedicate any time, this is all down to you and what you want. The more effort you put in, the more you will get back. This is how the healing process works. There will be 2 LIVE sessions a week so try to attend live to get the most out of it but there will also be replays. There is also a daily journal and check ins, these are designed to work with your life, not against it.
